These general conditions for exchanges and returns are agreed between i9charge, owned by Ecoreflexus, Lda. Based at Rua António Livramento nº 3C Lisbon Portugal, taxpayer No. PT508454808, Capital Share 5,000.00 € Registered at the CRC of Cascais under number 508454808 on 28/01/2008 hereinafter referred to as "i9charge", and customers who wish to make purchases through the Website www.i9charge.pt hereinafter referred to as "Customer".
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Any order contract made on the website www.i9charge.pt can be freely resolved under the terms of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26 April.
To this end, the customer must return their order within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt, contacting our customer service through the customer area, available on the website www.i9charge.pt.
The return process is simple, varying according to the source, so the customer must contact www.i9charge.pt in advance.
I9Charge does not accept any return sent with postage to be paid or a counter-refund, committing itself to reimburse the Client within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the return.
Returned products must be in a condition of sale, that is, in the same condition in which they reached the customer's hands, without any anomaly.
If the value resulting from the exchange of products for an order is higher than the initial value of the same, the Customer will have to pay for the difference, using one of the payment methods available in paragraph 1 of article 4.
If the value resulting from the exchange of products for an order is lower than the initial value of the same, or in case of returning, www.i9charge.pt will make a bank transfer to an account to be indicated.
Items sent free of charge in the form of gifts, or bonuses will not be refunded.
CLAIMS
The Client may submit its complaints to Ecoreflexus, located at Rua António Livramento, nº3c, store G. 1600-371 LISBOA.
The native language of this store is Portuguese. In case of discrepancies in the information provided in this store, the Portuguese language prevails.
Any translation error for the remaining available languages, which implies the sale, collection or shipping in commercial conditions other than those presented in the native language, does not imply an obligation on our part in the sale in question.
